Based on feedback from previous attendees, The Center for Food and Agricultural Business is pleased to present its Agribusiness Finance workshop in two parts for the first time ever.

If you’re unsure if part 1 or part 2 is right for you, Program Manager Emily Hoeing would be happy to assist.

Program Overview
In a world of tight margins and dynamic marketplaces, financial goals are gaining increased visibility throughout all areas of the agribusiness organization. It is more important than ever for non-financial managers to understand how their decisions can impact company profitability.

Part 2 of Agribusiness Finance is designed to help you and your company improve the allocation of financial resources through analysis of long-term investments in facilities, property and equipment, marketing campaigns, acquisitions and talent.

Parts 1 & 2 of the Agribusiness Finance workshop package cover the fundamentals of financial management in ways that reveal the story behind the numbers. Case studies and team-based assignments allow participants to immediately apply classroom concepts to real-world scenarios.
