Keith Halperin

VISITING PROFESSOR AND PRINCIPAL, KGH LEADERSHIP

Keith Halperin is a visiting professor and principal at KGH Leadership (former senior partner at Korn Ferry). Mr. Halperin founded and architected the worldwide training practice area at PDI Ninth House. He has been designing and conducting programs to enhance the leadership skills of managers and executives worldwide. In addition to his experience at Korn Ferry via PDI Ninth House, Mr. Halperin served as the human resource planning and development manager for Honeywell’s corporate offices. His industry expertise includes consumer goods, financial services, life sciences, high technology, and transportation sectors. He is also an adjunct professor at Macalester College and St. Mary’s University.

Dr. Halperin earned a doctoral degree in clinical psychlogy from the University of Kansas and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Drew University. He has been a member of the American Psychological Association, the Minnesota Professionals for Psychology Applied at Work, and Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Mr. Halperin has served on the board of directors for Instructional Systems Association and the Illusion Theater.
